The Lady Margaret and Durdan’s Park Schools’ Federation is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information.

How we store this data
Personal data is stored in accordance with our data protection policy and is in line with follows good practice guidelines in regards to the maintaining of records.
We maintain a file to store personal information about all volunteers. The information contained in this file is kept secure and is only used for purposes directly relevant to your work with the school.
When your relationship with the school has ended, we will retain and dispose of your personal information in accordance with our good practice guidelines.

We do not share information about you with any third party without your consent unless the law and our policies allow us to do so.

Security
We have put in place measures to protect the security of your information (i.e. against it being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way). In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. Third parties will only process your personal information on our instructions and where they have agreed to treat the information confidentially and to keep it secure.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.

Where you have given us consent to do so, the school may send you marketing information by e-mail or text or through social media, promoting school events, campaigns, charitable causes or services that may be of interest to you.
