At Lady Margaret Primary School we aim to provide rich and engaging learning experiences which will create life long memories. Our curriculum has been designed, by our staff, with careful consideration of the sequence of content necessary for pupils to make progress. Our highly motivated staff provide our pupils with the knowledge they need for subsequent learning and prepare them for the next stage of their education.

We are committed to Unicef’s Rights of the Child and through our beliefs and values curriculum we prepare our learners for life in modern Britain, encouraging responsibility, respect and tolerance. We believe that a rich balanced education is the heritage and entitlement of every child. Literature is our keystone. Via wonderful stories, poems and non-fiction, pupils discover new horizons and imagine far away places, times and situations. We are privileged to serve a community with a diverse cultural heritage, and this inspires and enriches the global perspective of our curriculum.

Key to our work is building positive relationships with parents to ensure pupils have every opportunity to progress in a supportive learning environment.
