Welcome from the Executive Head

Ealing Bridges Federation is a pioneer in Ealing for this model of working, being the first two schools in the borough to form a federation.

We aim to build bridges between schools and the community through aspiration, innovation and collaboration. 

Federating in 2022, we are two thriving schools in Southall, Lady Margaret Primary School and Durdans Park Primary School, working under very experienced leadership teams and one governing body.

We are a learning community that strives to:

  • ensure that every child receives the highest quality education in an and nurturing environment where they feel valued and supported
  • deliver an exceptional curriculum that inspires curiosity and achievement for every pupil.
  • enrich the education of our pupils with experiences that extend beyond the National Curriculum both within and outside of the school day
  • create opportunities for pupils, staff, and community partners to flourish and reach their full potential
